Because everything I create is custom ordered on demand, I  do not offer refunds or exchanges.

I will always put you first and if you have any problems with your order please contact me so I can find a resolution.

I research my vendors and only trade with top rated companies American made. Which means it might cost more for both of us. But, my goal is to always buy and trade with American made products.

If there is something wrong with your item due to my error, I will make it right. My goal is to establish lasting relationships with my customers and to provide them with a product that is truly one-of-a-kind.
